I’m retired. Every day is Saturday to me.
I’m much less active on the weekend than when I’m at work
I’ll often forget to eat lunch on weekends (with co-workers they NEVER forget) but I still test my levels a lot. Got called in early Saturday to work, did 4 hours of yard work Sunday but still tested 6-7 times each day. Ate “dulinner” Saturday (at 3) and dinner Sunday, otherwise fruit for levels. Might not be optimal according to dieticians but I eat when hungry and get things done.
I do not work, so weekends do not have that much of a difference.
I am retired so everyday is the same . Thanks to the covid my life is less active
