Kourtney Johnson

Kourtney was diagnosed with T1D at age 11, which inspired her to study dietetics in college. Now she is a registered dietitian and writer who loves creating content to help others living with diabetes. Kourtney is originally from Minnesota but now lives in Spain, where she enjoys spending time at the beach when she can! In her free time, she also likes to read, cook, bake, travel and spend time with friends and family.
