  I am so used to living with T1D that it very rarely stresses me out any longer. It is what it is and I have learned to problem solve and self-advocate to manage the occasional glitches that come up.

  Didn't quite want to say "never." More common is forgetting to PRE-bolus and only remembering when I see those potatoes on my dinner plate.

  While TIR is most commonly addressed as 70-180, there is significant discussion of changing it to 70-140 or 150. Some call this TITR (Tight Range). In most programs/CGM apps, people can change TIR to their personal goal. Recommend you change the question to be more specific.

  2006 stated with the Medtronic Harpoon. The insert needle was the size a horse doctor or a whaling ship captain might use. Things have miniaturized and improved immensely since then. 🤾‍♂️🎡🤾‍♂️

  I like to change it midmorning on the day. I need to change it to make sure everything‘s working right tend to go low rather have it happen during the day versus night.

  I have had both lows and highs with significant stress. My theory is that whatever is happening with my BG is exacerbated by the stress.

  Other - depending on the stress-source and/or level my BGL may stay level, increase, or decrease. Sometimes be erratic.

  Very rarely, but it does happen. after 45+ years with T1D, I almost don't even think about it - it is part of my nature now. But, should the routine get nterrupted, say the phone rings right as I am gong to sit down to eat (I bolus at first bite, otherwise the insulin kicks in before the food does) I will most likely assume I've done my insulin thig. Thank goodness for pump history function. I can confirm. I haven't used a pen i decades, but I gather the newer smart pens have that function as well.
