  Mostly I will feel fine and can get back to whatever I am doing. If I have had a very low low I sometimes feel hung over for a bit.

  If my trend arrow on Dex was straight I would do nothing. If trend is downward treat then sleep.

  I keep all my insulin in the refrigerator or when traveling I have a Frio and also a plug in cooler

  CGM sites, finger pricks, and repeated insulin injections can all cause visible scar tissue. How much visible scar tissue do you have on your body, and does it bother you?
  Does not bother me. No worse than scars from sports and daily life over 66 years.

  On average, how many lows would you estimate you have per week?
  My lows come primarily from exercise. I use the exercise feature on my OmniPod but the algorithm is not robust enough. Tandem did a better job - I would suspend my insulin and that would mostly keep me from dropping.

  How concerned are you right now about affording your next order of T1D supplies?
  I have great insurance through Medicare and my Medicare Supplement so no worries about affording medications or supplies. My concern is affording the insurance premiums when I am no longer working. Hoping to work til 70 but husbands Alzheimer’s is getting worse so not sure I will be able to work another 4 years.

  Most recently I was able the keep my pump and self manage. That was not the case years ago.

  Our recycling does not take plastic as there are no buyers for plastic waste. There is very little paper paging but I do recycle the little that there is.

  Oh the horror when I dropped and broke a vial. Amazon to the rescue, purchased clear rubber vial protectors for both regular and long acting insulin

  I have two basic breakfasts 1.) 5oz fat free Fage plain yogurt with slivered almonds and blueberries 2.) 1tsp chia seeds , 1 tbs crunchy peanut butter, cinnamon and hot water to make chia pudding
