  I use insulin vial until its gone. I also do not refrigerate the vial. I have not had any issues. Medicare does not follow the 28 day guideline. So if I would throw a vial out at the 28 day guideline I probably would run out of insulin before Medicare allows for next prescription refill.

  If you use an insulin pump, have you switched from a tubeless pump to a pump with tubing? Share more about this change in the comments.
  I have always used pumps with tubing. I tried to go to Omnipod but the month cost was prohibitive. I currently use Tandem pump. Several months ago a tandem rep showed me a new pump thats very small, can wear on arm with long or short tubing. Waiting to see that Tandem product. I do not like tubing as I have pulled out set many times.

  Equipment and providers I am satified with. Now if Medicare would catch up with everything, I would be satified and given a 5.

  Yes, still on the G6 and during the 2 hour warmup, I check BG during this time. Looking forward to G7 30 minute warmup.

  Like my Tandem X2 pump. I do wish it was cordless like the OmniPod. Several times a month, I rip out the insulin set because of the infusion tube on the Tandem pump. OmniPod is not affordable at this time or I would consider switching.

  If you use an insulin pump or CGM, how often do you ration your device supplies because you are concerned about running out of supplies before your next refill?
  Always supply issues with G6. Medicare makes it very difficult to have just one on hand in case of sensor failure.
