  How often do you “rage bolus,” giving yourself several correction doses for a stubborn high glucose?
  That’s my take. What frustrates me is that sometimes I then head down, like it all of a sudden “catches up” and I’ve over corrected 🤦‍♀️

  I checked "don't have symptoms" and "jitters." I don't experience symptoms anymore until I'm below 50, and even then it's mild unless I drop lower. Then I have the jitters and feel like I'm walking through water. With G-7 and Tandem, the lows are rare now :)

  At your most recent (or current) job, did you tell your coworkers that you live with T1D?
  I told them when they asked about seeing my pump. Back in the day the kids at the school I taught thought it was a pager! I would just say it's not. I prefer to "reveal" my status only when necessary, or with close friends. I've never run into any issues once revealed. Everyone in my experience has been very respectful, and never made any big deal about it.

  Depends on exercise. Moderate walking makes me go down, high intensity I go up, but then go down. I just keep checking my CGM.

  I had the flu in August! Sheesh! I do plan to get the shot this Fall. I figure my mild symptoms were the result of the shots.

  If you or someone in your family has T1D, have other members of your family been screened for T1D autoantibodies? If not, do you think your family would be willing to be screened for T1D autoantibodies?
  I have LADA, and the idea of screening has not come up, either by me or my adult children. I guess I need to present the opportunity to them so they can make the decision.

  If you are an adult with T1D and have tested positive for COVID-19 at some point since January 2022, did your health care provider prescribe Paxlovid to help with symptoms?
  I have not had Covid, but if I do get it, I will not take Paxlovid. Too many stories of severe side effects, including hospitalization. I am also not going to get any more boosters.

  Basic supplies in the bathroom. Insulin in fridge. Overflow and back up (extra pump, etc) under the bed :)
