  Since I have started using Tandem tslim with Control IQ, I have not experienced any night time lows that required any treatment. I have an early dinner that allows me to go to bed stable. With that said, I do have glucose tabs on the night stand.

  Most often it is a site location that effects the performance of the infusion set as opposed to a bent cannula.

  Beyond updating scripts as needed, I don't get a whole of value from Endo. After 30 years of being a T1, I really don't need much support from them so it works out.

  Yes. Juicebox podcast and Stacey Simms podcast. Scott (Juicebox) has a daughter that has T1D that he helps manage. Sometimes his discussions that get a little sidetracked, but for the most part provides very good info. My A1C has fallen into the upper 5's since I have started listening to him (2+ years ago). He also has a licensed endo (Jenny Smyth, RDN, LD, CDCES) that is also on the show to support diabetic topics.

  Both. Enjoy the ability to see my bg at any time, but frustrated with frequent inaccurate values. With that said, it makes clossed loop pumping much easier and keeps me in my target A1c target range.

Which of the following circumstances would you consider a “stubborn high”? Select all that apply to you.
  For me a stubborn high is not based around only time but how much insulin is required to lower. Needless to say it takes much more insulin to bring down a high bg than it does to prevent it. Pre-bolusing helps me time the reaction of active insulin with the rise of post meal bg's. Greatly reduces those post meal spike (for me).
