  I take a baby aspirin, a flax seed pills, vitamin D, a multi-vitamin, and a sleep aid pill (not melatonin as it didn't seem to help me)

  I am good about taking Vit D and Biotin (because, hair growth!)...but there are others that sit in the drawer, ignored and forgotten! I should be taking my multi and turmeric more consistently.

  I also take fish oil, 81 mg baby aspirin, CBD oil, and have recently started taking a cranberry capsule because I read in the Lancet that it was very beneficial. We diabetics can't drink cranberry juice because they always sweeten cranberry juice.

  Ohh yes there are others I take, Omega 3, Selenium, Milk Thistle, sometimes Cod Liver & fish oil. That's it.

  I have been taking omega 3, vitamin D and chewable vitamin C. Have stoped all this summer as I realized that I was getting false high glucose readings most likely due to the chewable 1000 mg Vit C daily intake. Now my readings are much more controlled and in range and will discuss vitamins in general with my endocrinologist when I see him next month. If he suggests they are not necessary, as I have a healthy diet and try to eat foods rich in healthy nutrients, I will not resume taking any vitamins.

  I have celiac disease and I know my fiber intake is not what it was before my diagnosis so sometimes I take a fiber supplement.
