Yes- When my blood sugar goes low, I often notice that I am having a dream that just keeps repeating like Groundhog Day- over and over and over… They never seem to resolve-they just keep repeating which starts to feel frustrating. I usually feel so frustrated I wake up, and check my BG because I’m awake anyway at that point. Over the last couple years I’ve begun to acknowledge it as a low BG signal and immediately wake myself up and without fail, every time I have checked, my BG is low.

I used to when I was younger and could feel my lows. I would wake up feeling like I had superhuman brain powers. Lol
