I said other because while it was not a recall, Medtronic had the battery cap that was breaking. Did not happen to me. Just had a notice about the Dexcom G7 not lasting or something but I’ve had good luck with my G7. I’ve only been using it a month or so but so far I have increased my TIR from 75% to 85%. And I never realized I had the boots-on-the-ground increase but I definitely do have it according to G7 results. I’m thankful for my devices and for each and every notice I get, because that means the company is listening to its users and alerting them.
I mean, there was that Medtronic battery-cap thing a while ago but it was a slightly different model year from the one I had. Don’t think that counts.
Not that I know off, at least in the last 5-10 years. Medtronic pumps have had a lot of recalls in the last few years so it’s pays to be aware.

Medtronic had a battery cap problem they replaced it, but they still listed it as a recall
PDM for Omnipod Dash recalled due to battery expansion/heat issue.
My answer is NO!
Medtronic had the retaining clip concern (for the cartridge) and battery cap attachment, but I’ve never had a problem. But I’m also hard on devices.
