  Do you bolus insulin for “total carbs” (including fiber) or “net carbs” (total carbs minus fiber)?
  If my meal includes more that 5 grams of fiber I subtract from carbs. Otherwise no.

  No need to track it’s pretty obvious. Switch sides each time and try to miss any visible puncture spots

  It really depends on when I catch it and how low it is. If I see it early enough I treat it and just watch it to make sure it is recovering.

  It all depends on how low, where I am and what I'm doing and if I can easily eat/drink fast acting carbs to treat it. I only get anxious if it's taking a long time to bring bg level up to my target of 110 and I'm out in public.

  Depends on how low and what I am doing. Like today I had one at work where Dexcom said low but because I could treat and had two people with them, aware of it, I was okay.

  I usually get more annoyed than anxious...It typically happens when I'm in the middle of working! I work as a private clarinet instructor so it's just me and the student and it's really difficult to string words together when I'm low.
