  Do you have a T-slim? I have mine on sleep mode to prevent auto-bolusing. I also set a basal rate lower than normal and also put on the activity mode to try to help the pump stay in a higher target range.

  I’m much more active in warmer weather. I got 1500 miles of biking in last year. During cold weather I either get an outdoor walk or get a mile in inside my house.

  Most everyday. At age 71, my body needs a day off once a week to recover from my other 6 days which are 3 days of a hard spinning class then weights and 3 days of a long hike, walk, snowshoe or Nordic ski.

  I do stretches every morning and breathing meditation. Twice a week I do yoga. I take tap, jazz & ballet classes, do workouts from We Shape, walking when I have time, and when I'm in FL, I do water aerobics. When my work schedule gets hectic, I manage to keep up as much as I can.

  30 minutes of yoga stretches most days. At least a 3 mile walk most days. At least once a week none either because of other things to do or giving body a rest. In hot weather, in Florida, you have to make time for exercise AND shower, hair 😂. From November through April, the weather lends itself to being outside.

  The problem with what is deemed 'exercise' they don't take into account the daily routine of a household. Taking the dog outside for walks several times, doing laundry, doing dishes, and other routine household chores have me exerting quite a bit of energy. I also go out running errands in and out of stores shopping for a myriad of things. I have several health issues that keep me from being able to do so called regimented exercise like at a gym etc. but I consider myself quite active throughout the day just with keeping up with life.

  I'm a group fitness instructor and teach 8 one-hour strength training classes in 5 days. I take one day off on the weekend and do something different on the other weekend day.

  My hubby, pup and I walk 3-4 miles daily, rain or shine. (Mostly rain this time of year in the PNW!) After the walk we rotate strength training and ab work. My BG sure goes up if I miss for some reason!

  It's never been easy for me to sit still. My daily routine includes 30 min on my elliptical, 30 min on my rower, and 30 min of stretching and Pilates. Since my double knee replacement last year, I've done 30 min of physical therapy exercises on alternate days. I take Pilates classes twice a week. I've found that cardio especially helps regulate my blood sugar so I don't like to deal with the effects on my metabolism when I skip it. I try to get to the beach for body boarding a couple of times per week.

  My employment includes 10-20K steps per day. I add High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to that as well.
