  I carry jellybeans with me in a small plastic bag as these are small and fit in my pockets. Smarties would be preferred as they are faster to digest and smaller, but it's been a while since I've stocked up. If I am in the car or at home other carbs are used: soda, glucose tablets, or dark licorice. If I carried a purse, it would probably be a small resealable container of soda.

  At home, my go-to is a banana and/or OJ (yes, even in the middle of the night). When I'm out, I always carry a bag of M&M's because they travel well.

  The 15-15 rule: 4 sugar candies I always take with me, they are 15 g sugar. After 15 min, if still low, new treatment (the same or something different).
