  I will mark my 50th Diaversary in 2025. That is a goal in itself but I don’t know how I will commemorate it.

  I was diagnosed as a T1D in October 2024 so i guess my goal is to continue learning about diabetes and best ways to manage going forward.

  Not sure if they count as diabetes-related goals or not. As someone who was recently diagnosed, I want to start working on adding things back in that I used to do (without having to think/plan as much) before diagnosis - full running training/racing, international travel, etc.

  Would love to have fewer lows and highs. Not a fan of getting Dexcom alarms at night. I need my beauty sleep. ;-)

  Happy with A1C at 6.2. Happy with TIR about 85%. Happy with exercise routine of walking about 3 miles at least every other day and 30 minutes of Yoga the same. Weight is good. I would like to work on my cholesterol. Not on a Statin. Take Red Yeast Rice but it is 237. Good cholesterol is high, though. Keep trekking I guess.

  No specific goals other than to continue what I always do: Stay physically fit, get lots of aerobic exercise (running, elliptical, walking and treadmill). Eat well, lots of vegetables, fruits (and my homemade gluten free breads). Stay mentally and socially active. Keep my A1c below 6, and TIR above 90% (as much as possible).

  Get my Time in Range back above 75% and my average bg back around 30mg/dl. I tried Fiasp in my pump and I am disappointed with the results.

  My goal is to maintain or improve my time in range and to adjust my pump settings to better handle the nightly blood sugar increases caused by my peritoneal dialysis solution.
