  As noted in another comment, I have given myself a 5, recognizing and giving myself credit for balancing all the factors that go into remaining healthy and in range. Although I too am concerned about the meta processes of T1, I am doing well with what I know and apply

  When you travel by airplane, do you keep your T1D supplies in a separate carry-on bag in case your checked bag is lost?
  I carry everything on board at the start of a trip but will check in most supplies other than what I need for the day on the way home.

  I learned this lesson from the school of experience many years ago. I was flying to Chicago while my bag decided to fly to Pittsburgh. That’s a hassle everyone can do without.
