  I have my phone silenced. I have notifications turned off and the only alarm I get is a vibration from my watch if I get below 75.

  I always look at my CGM. I don’t actually do a blood glucose check.

  I have a cheap CVS Advanced Glucose Meter as backup for my Dexcom.

  If you use an insulin pump, when do you change your infusion set after getting a “no insulin delivery” alarm?
  The Omnipod no delivery alarm is a screeching sound that can only be stopped by deactivating the pod. There is no choice but to start a new pod.

  If you have played a competitive sport, did you take any precautions with your T1D-related devices?
  I did competitive gymnastics but it was in the 70’s there were no devices.
