This questions seems subjective. But, I’ve always done better in warm weather because I can get outside and work in the yard or exercise. I chose “Summer” as my answer. However, that’s all relative now that I live in Florida. I still get out more in the summer, and more yard work needs to get done. This year will be different, since I recently have developed severe shoulder problems, and have, for the time being, given up running.
I’d say fall, winter, and early spring are best. Once hot weather hits, it’s harder. Summer is rough on my skin, and any adhesive is much more likely to leave marks than they are in cooler, wetter weather.
I marked summer but should’ve marked spring when I do more yard cleanup and planting flowers. My bGs are best when I’m physically active.
Fascinating question, what’s the “hypothesis”?!?! Warm season more physical activity, therefor lower readings?
