Event Dates: November 11 & 12, 2025. We’ll get started early on the 11th, so please arrive on November 10th. The event will conclude by 2:30 p.m. (EST) on November 12th.

Join us for this impactful event where T1D Exchange brings together members from the T1D Exchange Quality Improvement Collaborative (T1DX-QI) to share insights, celebrate progress, and drive innovation in diabetes care.

Hotel Accomodation: You’re not quite done! In addition to event registration, you’ll need to reserve your hotel room. We’ll cover hotel costs for two nights for two participants from each clinic. We’d love to see even more of your team there; clinics will just need to cover hotel expenses for extra participants. You’ll need to use a personal credit card to hold your room, but don’t worry — we’ll coordinate with the hotel on billing.
